Shipping & Delivery Information

At Puzzle Palace Australia, we aim to deliver your puzzles quickly and securely. Below are our shipping options and delivery timelines.

1. Shipping Options

  • Standard Delivery:
    • $10.90 Australia-wide (except WA & NT)
    • $15.90 for Western Australia & Northern Territory
    • FREE for orders $150+ (NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, TAS, ACT)
    • FREE for orders $250+ (WA & NT)
  • Express Post:
    • Available at checkout (prices calculated based on weight/destination)
    • Priority dispatch (excludes weekends/public holidays)

2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).
  • During peak periods (November–December), dispatch times may extend to 3–5 business days.
  • Note: We are currently on a short break—orders placed before 6th January 2025 will dispatch after this date.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard: 2–8 business days (5–8 days for WA/NT).
  • Express: 1–3 business days (subject to Australia Post timelines).

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
  • Track your order via:
    • Your Puzzle Palace Australia account
    • Australia Post’s “Track My Order” tool

5. Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • By default, a signature is required for delivery.
  • To allow parcels to be left unattended, add a note at checkout (e.g., “Leave at front door if no one is home”).
    • Note: ATL voids liability for lost/stolen packages.

6. Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a collection card.
  • Parcels are held at the nearest post office for 10 business days.
    • Uncollected orders incur a $10 return fee (deducted from refunds).

7. International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

8. Wrong Addresses

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address:
    • A $10 return fee applies.
    • The order is canceled, and a refund (minus the fee) is issued.
    • Reorder with the correct details.

9. Gift Wrapping

  • Available for most puzzles (excludes Porta Puzzle boards).
  • Select options at checkout.
